SHIPPING POLICY
If you make a purchase from Studio Stoa, you are agreeing to the following shipping policy.
Fulfillment & Production All Studio Stoa products are printed on demand and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Items are produced at facilities in the US, Europe, or other international locations depending on availability and your shipping destination. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery estimates begin after production is complete:
- Continental US: 3–5 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii & US territories: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days (currently not offered)
- International (all other regions): 10–20 business days (currently not offered)
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–10 business days (US) and 12–25 business days (international). These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within the continental US.
Tracking All orders include a tracking number provided via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Stolen Packages Due to the volume of fraudulent claims, we handle lost or stolen packages as follows:
- All orders include tracking. If delivery is confirmed, a refund will not be issued.
- Please contact your local post office, UPS, or DHL first — carriers often have more information than we can provide.
- After contacting the carrier, reach out to us at info@studiostoa.com and we will handle your case individually.
Damages All items are carefully packaged for safe transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the product and packaging and we will resolve it on a case-by-case basis.
