RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Overview We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Print-on-Demand Items All Studio Stoa apparel and accessories are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues or change of mind. We strongly encourage you to review our size guides before purchasing.

Returns and replacements are accepted for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was received
  • Item has a print or manufacturing error

In these cases, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will make it right.

How to Start a Return Contact us at info@studiostoa.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order for the correct size or style once your return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages & Defects Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it promptly.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@studiostoa.com.

European Union If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
