Where Is My Order?

Once your order ships, you can follow its journey through your Studio Stoa account. Here's how.

1. Sign In to Your Account

Visit account.studiostoa.com/orders and sign in using the email address you used at checkout. You'll see a list of all your orders.

2. Open Your Order

Select the relevant order to view its details, including fulfillment status and shipment information.

3. Find Your Tracking Number

Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will appear on the order detail page. Click the tracking number to visit the carrier's website and see the latest scan events for your shipment.

A Note on Tracking Updates

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order ships — carrier scans happen at various points along the route, so an initial delay is normal. If your tracking link shows no movement after 48 hours, please reach out.
